Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sale leads
  • Contacting of potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Researching about organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching about the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Owning and managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to deal closing
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Preparing and delivering of presentations, proposals and obtaining contract signoff
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating of contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Building and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our information systems and services
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with prospects, clients and local business groups
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Gathering market information to assist in marketing activities that help drive new sales
  • Successfully establishing new business relationships that promote revenue growth for the Company.
  • Monitoring and assessing all market related and customer’s information and feedback where appropriate to ensure that the company maintains an edge over competitors.


A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Business Computing, Diploma in Information Technology.
